Train ยท Eat ยท Progress

Following a plan shouldn't be complicated.

Training in one app. Macros in another. Progress in a third.

Soul puts all three in one place, and it never asks you to live in a dashboard.

An iPhone with Soul's home screen in the dark theme: today's calories and steps, then Workout, Kitchen, Log and Progress.

Four modes, not a dashboard.

Each mode shows only what that moment needs.

Soul gives you the room you're actually in: when you train, only training exists.

Two iPhones side by side with Soul's home screen, one in the light theme and one in the dark: calories, steps, and the Workout, Kitchen, Log and Progress modes.
Light and dark

Built to feel native, light or dark.

Today at a glance when you open it: calories, steps, and the four modes one tap away.

An iPhone with a workout in progress: a warm-up set and two working sets ticked on the machine chest press, a Machine busy button and the rest timer.
Workouts

A room of its own while you train.

Sets, loads and rest on a screen that competes with nothing else. Soul remembers what you lifted last time and suggests what comes next.

Nutrition

Recipes that scale to what you need.

Every recipe rescales to your calorie target using real per-ingredient weights, not one number multiplied across the board. What you plan to cook turns itself into the shopping list.

An iPhone with Log mode: September as a calendar with the days you trained ringed, and today's workout and meals below.

An iPhone with Progress: five weeks running, sixteen muscles worked this week on a body map, weekly volume and weight, and the lifts that improved.

Summary ยท October 2026

This is a summary. The full text is in the privacy policy and the terms of use.

Where your data is stored

Without an account, your workouts, meals and weight remain on your iPhone and do not reach our servers.

With an account, your data is kept in sync with our servers in the European Union (Ireland), so that you retain it if you change device.

Before syncing any data that reveals information about your health, we request your explicit consent. Crash reports and usage statistics include none of that data.

What we deliberately keep out

  • Your email address is not stored in the database that holds your training and food data. The sign-in system is separate, and that database only receives an internal identifier that does not reveal your identity.
  • Apple handles payment. We do not receive your payment details or your Apple ID.
  • Nothing you log is used for advertising, sold, or disclosed to companies that trade in personal data.

Apple Health

Connecting Apple Health is optional. If you grant access, Soul reads your steps and workouts on your iPhone to show you your day.

That data is not sent to our servers and is not stored in iCloud.

Recipe import

The text of the screenshot is read on your iPhone, and only that text is sent for interpretation.

Nothing is saved until you have reviewed and confirmed it.

Your rights

You can export your data and delete your account from within the app. Deleting the account erases your data from our servers; it is not merely hidden.

The privacy policy sets out the limited data that is retained afterwards, and for how long.

Contact

You can send any question about your data to support@soulmovement.app. It is answered by a member of the team.
